The Vasari Corridor is a hidden gem in Florence!<\/span><\/h2>\n

It’s an elevated passageway about 750 metres long, it was built by architect Giorgio Vasari in 1565: the Medici family used it to reach Palazzo Vecchio from Pitti Palace (the Medici family’s residence) undisturbed and without running risks to their safety.<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/lucylopardo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/corridoio_vasariano-1-765×510-1.jpg” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″ title_text=”corridoio_vasariano-1-765×510″][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” text_font_size=”17px” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
