As extraordinary as it may sound, the real “worker” is the dog!<\/p>\n

The breed is not that decisive. The Romagna water dog <\/b>and the hound <\/b>(Lagotto and Bracco in italian) are the recommended and most requested ones but it is not excluded that other breeds may be valid.\u00a0 It’s important that the dog has a highly developed sense of smell, physical resistance, concentration and the ability to resist distractions, obedience and a balanced character.<\/p>\n

I also discovered that it has a lot of it's rich in antioxidants that help fight aging and counteract free radicals. It also has elasticizing properties, which are able to stimulate the production of collagen and promote digestion. Wonderful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the question is\u2026 can you eat truffles all year round? And the answer is yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
